Wanneer wij een uitvaart hebben mogen verzorgen sturen wij de nabestaanden naderhand een enquête toe, om zo onze service te kunnen verbeteren. Niet alleen de respons was in 2019 weer hoog, maar ook de score op de vraag ‘hoe tevreden bent u over het verloop van de gehele uitvaart’. Op deze vraag behaalden we gemiddeld maar liefst een 9+!
